Phase 1 - Realigned Littleton Road at the Kismet Parkway/NE 24th Avenue.
Littleton Road / Kismet Parkway Project Location
Construction began in January 2020 to realign the Littleton Road-Kismet Parkway intersection at NE 24th Avenue and build a two-lane roundabout at the Corbett Road intersection. Additionally, the project includes construction of:
- A new four-lane roadway from NE 24th Avenue to Corbett Road
- Intersection and roundabout lighting
- Four-foot, on-road bike lanes
- Six-foot, concrete sidewalk on the north side of the new road
- Eight-foot concrete sidewalk on the south side of the new road
Cost of the project is approximately $2 million. Estimated completion is end of 2020

Roundabout Information
A roundabout is a one-way, circular intersection that uses signs to guide
motorists around them. They do not have traffic signals. Roundabouts have safe crossings for pedestrians and bicyclists. Lee County is constructing a two-lane roundabout at the intersection of Littleton Road and Corbett Road.
